1. Credit Consumption

  • Credits are consumed immediately when a generation action is initiated.
  • Once consumed, credits cannot be restored.

2. Failed or Partial Generations

Credits are only restored if:

  • A system error prevents any output from being generated

Credits are not restored for:

  • Subjective dissatisfaction
  • Style preferences
  • User-initiated changes
  • Regenerations or retries

3. No Refunds

  • All purchases are final.
  • We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or account credits under any circumstances.

4. Subscription Changes

Users may upgrade or downgrade plans. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle unless otherwise stated.

5. Abuse Prevention

Attempts to bypass limits, automate excessive usage, or misuse the platform may result in suspension without refund.
